Prioritization and Optimal Location of Hydrogen Fueling Stations in Seoul: Using Multi-Standard Decision-Making and ILP Optimization

Thus far, the adoption of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles (HCEVs) has been hampered by lack fueling infrastructure. This study aimed to determine optimal location and prioritization stations (HFSs) in Seoul utilizing a multi-standard decision-making approach optimization method. HFS candidate sites were evaluated with respect relevant laws regulations. Key factors such as safety, economy, convenience, demand for HCEVs considered. Data obtained through survey experts fields HCEV cells, Analytic Hierarchy Process method was applied prioritize sites. The quantity placement HFSs then using software, based on acceptable travel time from intersections popular roads Seoul. Our findings suggest that compliance legal safety regulations is most important factor when constructing HFSs. Furthermore, sensitivity analysis revealed supply cost currently holds same weight other elements. highlights importance methods determining can help develop systematic plan nationwide construction South Korea.
